I am trying to create a .cab file which will install 3 other .cab files. I thought I could do this with a cab collection, but I can only get the 3 .cab files to extract, not install.

Does anyone have any experience with doing this?

The CAB Collection is a module which contains cab files that will be installed via activesync from your desktop with the help of the Windows Setup Wizard created from Pocket PC Installation Creator.

The CAB Creator Module will create a cab file, which can be installed directly from device ( Over The Air installation ) or can be used from the CAB Collection Module among with other CAB files.

These two modules are diferrent. The CAB Collection is for ActiveSync installation and the CAB Creator is for creating CAB files.

So, if you include CAB Files into CAB Creator Module, they will be installed (aka copied) as regular files in your device. To install them at second time (for example right after your installation finished), you must write a setup.dll which will do that and be included in your CAB Creator Module.
