Changes
* Some more vista progress is made. Minor bugs are left only.
* Builtin SetupDLL.dll is added, which displays a message when installing a cab file created with CAB Creator Module in Mobile Device. This dll is added automatically in unregistered versions and replaces any SetupDLL.dll the user may have.
* Some bugs with Shortcuts are eliminated. Now it is possible to have a Shortcut Section shared among many Device Targets.
* CAB Creator Module now have a cancel button. So, you can revert any changes made to this module when closing it.

PS:
Some thoughts about the builtin SetupDLL.dll
I am not sure if this \"feature\" remain in the final 2.2 release. For me it is a professional feature to have a SetupDLL.dll, so I think it is fair to have the registered version to be enabled. If someone else has another opinion or proposal, please discuss here.
