I am a newbie, i try to use ver 2.1 and when i want to build installation i have
this message \"error message \"ErrorRegSvr32Failed\" in Default.isl.
i don't know why???

I have got the same problem and don't know how to solve it:

-Installed v2.1 RC (over 2.0)
-tried to build .exe of my project... it fails with the errorregsvr32failed error (.cab building works fine)
-installed innosetup (newest version from www.jrsoftware.org/isdl.php )
-rebooted pc
-still the same problem

(I have tryed it also on another PC which didn't have PPCIC installed before, the same result)

Please note, i build it with my project files which worked with previous version of PPCIC...

This is a strange error, because in my development PC everything is ok. I think that you must uninstall PPCIC and then install the 2.1RC version.

Anyway, if the problem remains, download and replace the default.isl file from PPCIC installation folder with this one:
