Hi Nick, hope I'm not 'bugging' you too much here!

Found another issue with the file explorer window. If I have 2 files in (for example) the %InstallDir% location that have different source paths, when I save, close and re-open the project the source paths for both files has changed to be the same as the first one eg:

After a save/close/reopen the paths become:



Perhaps something to do with the relative path tracking?
