When I try to build with setupdll.dll custom dll I'm gettig this error. Eventhough, I the file that I included is setupdll.dll. Any explanation why this would occurs?

Error: Section [DefaultInstall] key "CESetupDLL" - file "cb_c_0_f_18" is not a DLL, so it cannot be used as the special Setup.DLL
