Hi again

Ok short resume about my program...

i install it...
i start it...
if i start it, it checks for some folders.
if they are not there the program creates them.
but if i delete the programm (start/settings/system/remove software) this created folders didnt deleted...

also i tryed to install this folders empty with this program... but it dosnt works.

now my question:
how can i install (empty) folders to the PDA with the .exe file?

I think, this can be done via provided setup.dll included into the installation...

I can't help you how to write such a dll, but you can find informations to MSDN.

Have you try to have setup create that folder, with a simple file, eg 'some.txt' into it? When you uninstall it, if that folder doesn't contains something else beside 'some.txt' then it will deleted.

but if i choose this file to install it with ur Programm, it dosnt works.

Hello, I've a setup.dll which starts the installed application at the end of the installation but I don't get it working with thePPC Installation Creator. Please could anyone explain how to activate a setup.dll or is this not yet implemented? regeards hermang.

You just discovered a bug
The automated generator of the inf file doesn't create the cesetupdll and ceselfregisterdll entries. Just fixed that ...
Download version 1.5 again, and now it will be working.

Brings me to the next question: is it possible to generate the cab file, sign it with signtool, and then build the exe with this new signed cab-file?
