Hi,
is it possible to open an existing CAB file with Pocket PC Installation Creator?

Hi,

No, it isn't possible to open it. But there are some tools that extracts the cab files and the information in them, so you can restructure it by using PPCIC.

I am planning to add this feature, with the ability to import .inf files in the near feature, around 3.2 version.
