I found a free medical office software solution during search in the WEB at: http://www.biosoftworld.com/

There is a professional and a freeware edition of software and it is based on Microsoft Access. It is generalized and it is not an another American product is rather international. The professional edition it is very inexpensive only 49$. This software is by far the most flexible ever used in my medical practice! The freeware edition can cover any small medical office around the world and it is offer translation utilities! (that I use!). Behind the scenes of Biosoftworld you can find a doctor with an exceptional CV (probably the designer).

Highly recommended for small medical offices!!
