Thanks for your interesting about EMR Suite.

EMR Suite don't need appforge 5.1. It needs .net compact framework v2 to run. This can be downloaded from microsoft's site.

You're right.

I was apparently getting the error from some other program.

In any case the exe installation file was not installing the PPC component correctly, kept getting an error message asking me to reinstall.
The desktop component installed ok

Had to install to to the handheld with the cab file.

Now its working.

Dear Nick, congratulations for the great work (It seem great, I have not managed to test it till now).
Actually the installation was successful in my PC but not in my ppc. It shows me the following error message:

Error in Windows CE Setup Files
Application Manager cannot install this application on your mobile device due to an error in the setup file. Reinstall and try again.

Jojomd said that I have to use the cab format. Is that resolves the problem? Where can I find that?
I have the HTC Kaiser (WM6) and I think that already have the NET CF v2.0 file., so i suppose this is not problem.
Please help me, I need that program. Thank you in advance!
